Need Assessment for National Urban Learning Platform
Capturing the needs of urban practitioners
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) in collaboration with the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) launched the National Urban Learning Platform (NULP) in 2020, to emerge as a one stop solution for all the capacity and learning needs of the urban community and enhance peer to peer learning.
As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance capacity building for state/ city officials, NULP is conducting a comprehensive needs assessment. The NULP Needs Assessment form is designed to capture learning and upskilling needs of city/ state officials, to better tailor training programs and resources to meet their requirements.
